This Ground Floor Flat underwent a number of renovations before a ground floor side and rear extension was built in July 2017.

The design brief for this project was to create multi functioning spaces to entertain and house guests when required but operate as a spacious 2 bedroom flat with multiply living areas.

With no road side access delivery of materials and waste removal was all completed manually.

This Client had particular attention to detail and clever engineering was required to create frameless 'levitating' pocket doors and brass inlay on the bathroom floor and kitchen cabinets.
