This Victorian Terrace had limited space for an extension, but an awkward small space to the side of an existing rear kitchen provided a perfect opportunity to incorporate into the house to expand the kitchen.
To avoid creating a dark and dingy middle room that is so often the case when building a side infill extension, a fully glazed roof was installed providing both light and ventilation to the dining room.
The garden raised beds and patio were also laid to complete the renovation, and most recently, a set of bespoke cedar bench seating and table with built in storage.
“This is the second renovation we’ve done with Fit and Fix and as before, we’re delighted with the results. Working with Bart is a hugely collaborative process – he really listens and always try to find the best solution rather than just the simplest or quickest; you can feel that sense of quality and craftsmanship in the end result.".
