This Victorian Terrace had limited space for an extension, but an awkward small space to the side of an existing rear kitchen provided a perfect opportunity to incorporate into the house to expand the kitchen.   

To avoid creating a dark and dingy middle room that is so often the case when building a side infill extension, a fully glazed roof was installed providing both light and ventilation to the dining room.

The garden raised beds and patio were also laid to complete the renovation, and most recently, a set of bespoke cedar bench seating and table with built in storage.
