This Semi-Detached Victorian House had already extended into the loft with a dormer conversion before we extended on the ground floor with a side infill and rear first floor extension to maximise the family living space by moving the family bathroom to the first floor.

The design brief for this project was to maximise the family living space by relocating the family bathroom to the first floor to create an additional sitting area and a Study area with the Garden Room with side storage.
